Vitafit Wellness Centre upgraded the heated swimming pool below the gym in 2016 and started Vitafit Aquatics along with Rupert Bezuidenhout Swim School in order to bring you the following:

FOR LEARNERS
​​

Swimming lessons and coaching for beginners to intermediary school learners from 3 years of age
-
Two x 30 minute classes per week
-
Coaching involves water safety and coaching in all four strokes depending on the student's progress and age
-
Transportation from school and back is provided at additional cost
-
Swimming SA Certified Learn to Swim Coaches Instructors Rupert Bezuidenhout and Deidre van Biljon

FOR GYM MEMBERS AND ADULTS
